We are getting berry excited for The Stephanie Alexander Restaurant Experience. Wednesday (6E) and Thursday (6S) we encourage students to remain at school where they will finalise restaurant business and have some down time before a sausage sizzle dinner at 5.15pm.
Invited guests are mint to arrive at 6.00pm and find their seats inside the Senior Unit ready for 6.15 service of first course. We aim for the evening to wrap up at 8.00pm.
