Formal uniform Wednesday this week.

Bike Ed will finish up on Thursday. Students may wear their Sport uniform. 
Please remember to take your bike home before the end of the week.

RSVP for Year 6 celebration social night due Thursday Dec 5

All library books need to be returned this week. Please check your houses, cars and trays for any books.
Choir Students have been to the Gawler Hospital to sing today and will be heading to the two Coles shopping centres to spread Christmas cheer on Friday.

iGOSH

The school Holiday 2019/2020 program is filling up fast and bookings will close tomorrow Tuesday 3 December at 10am.    However casual bookings can still be made as needed via contacting Katrina by phone or email.   katrinap@ilsg.sa.edu.au or 0447 661 555

• iGOSH is open 7am to 6pm Thurs 12 Dec to Fri 20 Dec 2019 and Mon 6 Jan to Fri 24 Jan 2020
• Click here for the program via our website.  Consent and confirmation letters will be sent home at the end of this week and need to be signed and returned by next Weds.  Accounts need to be below $500 to use the service.

Bookings for 2020 Terms 1-4 can now be made via online.   

A reminder that students who arrive before 8.30am need to be booked into IGOSH

Semester 2 Reports & 2020 class groupings

·         Semester 2 reports will be sent home on Thurs 5 Dec in a sealed envelope addressed to parents.  PLPs and music tuition reports will also be included in the package

·         2020 class teachers and year level information will also be included in the envelope

·         A “Move Up” day on Mon 9 Dec between 11.40am to 1.40pm will give students the opportunity to move into their new 2020 class groups and rooms

Junior Youth – No session this week as this finished last Thursday.

·      Gifts and Christmas items from $1.00 to $5.00

·      Students will be given an opportunity to shop with their class, and parents are welcome to come and buy too.

2020 FEES

• The 2020 Fee Agreement is due back to the school office by Weds 4 Dec 2019, as per the attached policy.

Last day of School is Wed 11 Dec 2019

• At 2pm the formal End of Year and Graduation Service will be held in Taikondi.   This is the school’s end of year Worship and Praise, plus the year 6 students will be acknowledged and farewelled in front of the whole school.  
• All students will be involved in some way.   
• Parents, family and friends are invited to attend too and celebrate the end of year and wish our year 6 students farewell.  
• This service also includes the farewell of leaving staff. 
• Students are to wear their formal summer school uniform (except for foundation and year 1 students who will wear sports uniform).
• Students will return to their class following the service and then will be dismissed at 3.25pm.

Graduation function for year 6’s and their parents is Thurs 12 Dec (evening). 

Please return the RSVP by Thurs 5/12.

• We now have a booking app being trialled.
